LAFAYETTE, LA — Fifteen Acadiana business leaders have been selected for participation in the 2025 – 2026 Acadiana CEO Roundtable, hosted by One Acadiana in collaboration with Louisiana Economic Development and facilitated by Leadership Institute of Acadiana.
The Acadiana CEO Roundtables bring together key decision makers from Louisiana-based small businesses for collaborative, growth-oriented roundtable sessions in which CEOs can safely explore business issues with the guidance of experienced facilitators in a trusting environment.
“One Acadiana is dedicated to strengthening our regional economy and supporting the development of small and mid-sized businesses is key in that mission,” said Troy Wayman, President & CEO of One Acadiana. “We are proud to continue collaborating with LED through this program, helping business owners across Acadiana learn, grow, and succeed.”
The 10-month program features peer-to-peer learning through discussion, interaction, and the sharing of experiences that allow participants to learn from each other’s achievements and mistakes. Selected executives also receive support through highly qualified facilitators, expert guest speakers, and connections to various small business resources.
“LIA is excited to facilitate the Acadiana CEO Roundtables for the third year in a row,” shared Katrena King, Executive Director of the Leadership Institute of Acadiana. “The work of the cohort aligns perfectly with our mission of convening, building, and activating leaders. We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Louisiana Economic Development and One Acadiana to make this work a priority in our community.”
