Lafayette, LA – One Acadiana (1A) announced new leadership appointments to its Board of Directors as the organization enters the second year of its five-year IMPACT campaign — focused on advancing business development, talent development, quality of place, and regional advocacy across the nine-parish region.

In the first year of the campaign, 1A has helped usher in more than $177 million in capital investment, creating over 800 new direct jobs — momentum the organization aims to accelerate in 2026.

Regional business leaders invested in 1A elected the following 2026 Officers:

“Serving as the 2026 Chair of One Acadiana, I am energized by the opportunity to unite our nine-parish region around a shared vision of economic strength, workforce empowerment, and inclusive growth,” said 2026 Chair Dr. Vincent June. “Together, we will harness the ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit of Acadiana to build a future that is vibrant, equitable, and enduring.”

Three-Year Elected Directors:

“One Acadiana is proud to welcome a dynamic group of leaders to our Board of Directors – each bringing valuable experience and insight that will strengthen our organization’s impact,” said Troy Wayman, President & CEO of One Acadiana. “Their leadership will play a critical role in advancing our mission of making Acadiana the best possible place for business and talent. Together, we will continue building on the momentum that’s already underway across our nine-parish region.”
