Built to Help Businesses Thrive
One Acadiana (1A) serves as the Chamber of Commerce for Lafayette and the leading economic development organization for Acadiana – a nine-parish (county) region in South Louisiana. Our goal is to make Lafayette and Acadiana the best place possible for emerging business and professional talent. We call ourselves One Acadiana because we believe it takes a united region to create the best region.
Representing more than 700 businesses and individuals throughout Acadiana, we serve as the voice of the regional business community. At One Acadiana, you’ll find a team of passionate, goal-oriented professionals who are working to grow our economy and tackling our most pressing challenges, including business development, public policy, and urban revitalization.
Strength in Numbers
Our organization comprises colleagues, neighbors and business associates – professionals who’ve made a personal commitment to strengthening Acadiana’s economic standing. Our nine parish partners include: Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Jeff Davis, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, and Vermilion parishes.
We know achieving our region’s full potential will require a collaborative approach, which is why we built an inclusive organization that welcomes all members, investors, and partners to work with us to make Acadiana the best place to live, work, and play.
By joining One Acadiana you are taking an active role in strengthening the place we call home. Become a member today.
