Leadership Institute of Acadiana

The Leadership Institute of Acadiana (LIA) provides our nine-parish region with an ongoing source of diverse leaders at all levels of business expertise. The Institute’s flagship program, Leadership Lafayette, was established by the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce and has trained more than 650 local leaders, who are advocates for and sustainers of our region’s unique quality of life. LIA provides education, community awareness, and hands-on experiences that prepare program graduates to apply their talents toward improving our community.

We are proud to partner with this organization that is constantly evaluating new opportunities to improve the leadership capacity of individuals and organizations in the Acadiana region.
