Amedisys Home Health, One Acadiana, Hope Healthcare and Hospice, and Senior Helpers have partnered to host a Winter Essentials Drive, benefiting the senior members served by the Lafayette Council on Aging. The drive is scheduled to take place on Thursday, December 14, 2023, from 8am- 11am at the One Acadiana office, located at 804 East St. Mary Blvd. We are collecting space heaters, blankets, adult coats, gloves and grip socks. Items can be used and in good condition. Our goal is to aid in providing warmth for our local aging population and have items readily available for distribution before harsh winter temperatures arrive. This will be our fourth consecutive year hosting the Winter Essentials Drive. We thank you for your kind donations and your yearly support.
