Jerry Prejean with First Horizon Bank Named 2024 Chair for One Acadiana

Jerry Prejean with First Horizon Bank will be the 2024 chair for One Acadiana, which announced its leadership appointments for the year.

The economic development organization and chamber of commerce announced officers Tuesday as Blaise Zuschlag with Acadian Companies ended his term as chair and moved into the role of immediate past chair. Prejean, First Horizon’s Acadiana market president, will lead the board in its focus on business development, policy and membership initiatives.

“One Acadiana remains committed to strengthening the economic base of our nine-parish region,” Prejean said. “I am honored to collaborate with such a diverse and talented group of leaders as we work toward our goals of attracting and retaining high-paying jobs, ensuring regional infrastructure investments, strengthening Acadiana’s workforce and attracting skilled talent.”
