YSL is a three-day conference designed to inform and engage leaders from higher education, business, government, economic development, and community organizations on best practices around talent attraction, growth, and retention.
Launched with a national conference in Philadelphia in April 2019, the learning network includes more than 800 professionals in economic development, city government, higher education and business.
