1. Give us a brief history of your organization.
Founded in 2016 by Michael Laterza, Flash Security Integrators has grown exponentially from just two employees to approximately 50 just seven short years later. This growth can be attributed to our vision, work ethic and our core values that put our employees and customers first. We are here to provide families and businesses with professional security systems by way of the ultimate customer experience. Servicing the Gulf Region, East Coast and Midwest areas, we manage security efficiently at anytime from anywhere.
We are constantly striving to be the employer of choice creating a team of skilled and respectful professionals with customer appreciation at the forefront of our goals to success.
2. What would you tell the rest of Acadiana makes you special?
What differentiates us from the other security and alarm providers is the fact that we take pride in treating our employees and customers as family. This approach helps foster long term, productive relationships, which is our key to success.
3. What are you most proud of?
We are most proud of all of the smiles on our customer’s faces.
4. Where do you see your organization in 10 years? What are your plans for the future?
After opening our Lafayette branch in early 2023, we’re looking to really grow and make a true impact in Acadiana over the next 10 years and beyond. Our goal is to be the security and alarm provider of choice for both the residential and commercial markets. I believe we can do that by sticking with what got us to here, hard work and exceptional customer service.
5. 1A is making an impact as we take an active role in improving the community we live in. Our members are making an impact, too! – What does impact mean to you? How is your company making an impact?
I’d like to think we make an impact both in our industry and in our community. We set the standard in providing the best customer experience possible while still having time to give back to the communities in which we humbly serve. Between such things as fundraising, supporting youth sports, and being active in various community groups, we show on a daily basis just how much people mean to us.
