Acadiana Women’s Network Holds First Session

The Acadiana Women’s Network held its first session over the lunch hour at Le Pavillion in Lafayette today.

Featured speakers for the Women’s Professional Networking Group were Sara Berthelot from united way and Missy Andrade of Girls and Boys Clubs of Acadiana.

President of Louisiana Association of United Ways Sarah Berthelot says she hopes the event allow attendees to find their inner passion.

“I’d like them to walk away with a desire to ensure that they know their own personal “why”. Why they do the things they do, why they do the work that they do, and then, be able to think about how they can infuse their own personal leadership style…to make a difference and make their own impact.”

The Acadiana Women’s Network is under the umbrella of One Acadiana.
