1. Give us a brief history of your company.
Manuel Commercial is a design-build commercial contracting firm located in Lafayette, serving South Louisiana. Our team has 100+ years of combined commercial construction and design experience.
2. What would you tell the rest of Acadiana makes you special?
The design-build delivery method! We have a licensed architect, a design team, and construction professionals on staff. Design-build allows us to design and construct buildings for our commercial customers. It’s no longer necessary for clients to be the middleman between the architect and the contractor. Manuel Commercial is a one-stop-shop resulting in a more economical and efficient project delivery.
3. What are you most proud of?
We have a cohesive team that exudes honesty and transparency. Not only do we design and construct buildings, but we also build valuable and trusting relationships amongst our employees, vendors, and clients. We are committed to turning our clients into raving fans and enriching the lives of all whom we meet!
4. Where do you see your business in 10 years? What are your plans for the future?
We will continue to provide quality and economical design-build solutions for business owners throughout South Louisiana and expand our service to other areas of Louisiana. We will take on a variety of design-build projects including but not limited to automotive, business offices, educational, event venues, industrial, medical, multi-family residential, recreational, religious, restaurants, retail, storage, veterinary, and warehouses. Our in-house design team is currently working on the schematic design for our own new office, which we look forward to building at the new Iberville Grove Development located at the corner of South College Road and Rue Iberville.
