Lafayette Parish's quality of life score was the highest ever recorded by Mason-Dixon Polling and Strategy, quality of life expert Quint Studer said during a One Acadiana event Wednesday.
Around 73% of Lafayette Parish residents who responded to the survey, which was commissioned by One Acadiana, said they had a positive view of the parish's quality of life, which Studer said was the highest mark the polling firm had ever seen in one of its surveys.
"We can't rest on those laurels," said Troy Wayman, president and CEO of One Acadiana. "We need to be great. We don't need to be satisfied with good."
