Carencro native LeTisha Boast and her friend, Will Nixon Jr., started Beau Monsieur together. Beau Monsieur offers products and services that cater specifically to the self-care regimen of men. Although there are a plethora of self-care and grooming options for women within the region, they recognized that there were not as many options for men to get pampered and catered to, outside of maybe the traditional barbershop.
Their products include candles, oils, and soaps infused with men’s fragrances, as well as other apparel. They sell their products on their online store, beaumonsieur.com/store, and at various pop-up shops throughout the region.
The exciting part of their journey, however, is the next phase of their business that they are preparing to roll out. Beau Monsieur will soon provide grooming services. These services will include body massages, face massages, beard lining, manicures, and pedicures.
Jack & Associates helped LeTisha create a marketing and sales plan for Beau Monsieur’s product line to attract more customers in Lafayette and surrounding areas. She also received assistance in locating potential physical locations to house the business’s upcoming grooming services. In addition to the help received by Jack & Associates, LeTisha also attended the UL LEED Center’s Accelerate Northside program to learn and implement business practices to move their business forward.
